SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Due to the digital nature of our products, they are delivered instantly via downloadable link as soon as payment is complete. Shipping costs do not apply.
Your download information will be provide in a PDF document and will include your Showit Share Key (which is your access key to the purchased website template for installing on your own Showit account) and further guidance for setting up your website template. 

RETURNS & REFUNDS
Due to the digital nature and instant access you'll receive of the complete product upon purchase, all website template and illustration pack purchases are non-refundable.

All refunds for other shop products are in our sole and exclusive discretion. To return products, you must e-mail our Returns Department at kate@themarketingmomma.net.

By purchasing our products you are legally bound to the following terms:

Our designs are copyrighted Barefoot Bella LLC | DBA The Marketing Momma | TMM Creative and have a credit at the bottom of the template which is required to remain for all designs.

You may not resell the design or claim the design as your own. Barefoot Bella LLC | DBA The Marketing Momma | TMM Creative owns the property rights to all designs within your template. You are prohibited from sharing the template with additional users. Designers are prohibited from purchasing our templates and claiming them as their own work and promoting them as their original design work. If another designer is customization one of our templates please follow the terms outlined by Showit as far a designer copyright - site credit should be given as "Design by TMM Creative" with a link to our website and you may add "Customized by XXX" next to it.

FONTS & IMAGES SHOWN IN DEMOS

Stock images and script fonts are not included with your purchase unless noted otherwise. Please be sure to replace all demo photos, if you would like to know where you can purchase the images, please reach out to us for the source! Other non-script fonts are google fonts and are free for your use.
